Privacy Policy

Brandyo is a marketplace connecting creators with brands. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can remove it. It covers brandyo.buzz and the Brandyo API.

Information you give us

When you create an account we store your email address, a hashed password (never the password itself), and your display name. Creators may add a profile photo, bio, country, city, content niches, languages, content types and audience figures. Brands add a company name and logo.

Social accounts you connect

If you connect Instagram or a Facebook Page, we receive an access token from Meta and store it encrypted. We also store the public profile details that connection returns — username or Page name, profile picture, follower count and, for Instagram, media count.

We use this to show your connected account inside Brandyo, to display your audience figures to brands you apply to, and to mark your account as Brandyo Verified. We do not post, comment, message or advertise on your behalf, and we do not request the permissions that would let us.

Disconnecting an account in Brandyo deletes the connection record and the token with it. Your campaign history is not affected.

Campaign activity

We store the campaigns you apply to, the terms agreed at acceptance, messages exchanged with the other party, content you submit for review, any coupon code assigned to you, and the status of the collaboration. Both parties to a collaboration can see this record.

Payout details

If you add a payout destination, we store the account holder name, a masked identifier such as the last four digits, and the bank account or mobile number itself in encrypted form. Only the masked version is ever displayed. Brandyo does not currently process transfers automatically; a member of our team sends payouts manually.

Who we share it with

We share campaign-related information with the other party to that collaboration — a brand sees the creators who applied to its campaign, and a creator sees the brand. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Brandyo runs on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Ireland) region, and uses Meta's APIs for the social connections described above.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect any social account at any time from Social Accounts, which deletes that connection and its token. To delete your Brandyo account and the data associated with it, email us and we will action the request.

Data we are required to keep for financial records — such as completed payouts — is retained where the law requires it.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
